Return & Refund Policy

Motor Shop Center LLC is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

• Items must be new, unused, and include all original manufacturer packaging.

Closeout/blowout merchandise cannot be returned.

• Special order items may require a restocking fee before approval.

2. Warranty Claims

•We will assist with warranty claims, but all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer.

•Customers must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty policies and processing.

3. Return Process

1.Include a note inside the package explaining the reason for the return.

2. Attach a copy of the original invoice for reference.

3.Use insured ground shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to send the package to the following return address:

4.Customers must obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number before returning the item. Returns without an RA# may be rejected.

5.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6.Do not return any items via COD (Cash on Delivery) as our shipping department cannot accept COD returns.

4. Refund Policy

•Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

•Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

•If returning an item due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Exchanges

•If you need an exchange, we must receive the returned item first before shipping the replacement.

•If the new item is higher in price, the customer must pay the difference before shipment.

6. Incorrect Pricing Policy

•If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

•If the order has already been confirmed and charged, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect amount immediately.

7. International Orders

• Sales must comply with U.S. Commerce Department regulations.

• We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

•International customers should check local regulations before placing an order.
